Dieseko Group brings together the strengths of Piling & Vibro Equipment (PVE) and International Construction Equipment (ICE). As a global leader in innovative foundation equipment, we design, manufacture, and supply high-quality machines, including vibratory hammers, impact hammers, drilling rigs, power packs, and clamps.
Driven by a clear vision, we help our customers gain a competitive advantage by delivering technologically advanced foundation equipment combined with specialist expertise. In addition to supplying equipment, we provide rental services, maintenance, overhauls, and the fast delivery of spare parts, ensuring maximum reliability and continuity for customers worldwide. Under the PVE and ICE brands, we serve customers in more than 50 countries through both direct sales and a strong international dealer network. With locations in the Netherlands, the United States, Australia, and Poland, Dieseko Group has established a strong global presence.
Innovation and sustainability are at the heart of our strategy. Our ambition is to achieve zero-emission construction sites by 2030 and contribute to a cleaner, more sustainable future for the foundation industry.
As a Technical Service Coordinator / First-Line Technical Support, you are responsible for the seamless coordination and successful completion of service requests worldwide. You are not only the first point of contact for technical issues but also have the technical expertise to provide customers with effective first-line technical support.
Acting as the key link between our customers, field service engineers, and internal departments such as Engineering and Production, you ensure that service activities are executed efficiently and professionally. Planning comes naturally to you, enabling you to deploy the right specialists with the right expertise and spare parts to customer sites at the right time.
You are also responsible for accurately documenting both internal and external claims, ensuring that all relevant information is recorded correctly. This documentation provides valuable feedback for departments such as R&D Engineering, helping them identify opportunities to further improve product designs. Whether supporting customers or collaborating with colleagues, your contribution is essential to delivering outstanding service and continuously improving our products.

In my role, I connect teams worldwide and internally, so that we can deliver our machines on time, correctly, and completely. It is precisely this combination of international dynamics and cross-departmental collaboration that gives me energy.
What I like most about working at Dieseko is that every day I get to work with technology and its various components.
Here at Dieseko, I can assemble a 1000-kilo machine from a whole pile of parts; it's a bit like combining Lego and Ikea.
What I like most about working at Dieseko is the variety in the work; every day is different, and the machines we make have so many steps that every day is a challenge.
I am creative every day; there is always something new to discover and develop.
Dieseko is a truly wonderful company and a great family to be a part of, so I would like to say to everyone, "come and join us".
At Dieseko, you have many opportunities, a lot of freedom, and there is always room for growth.
I have been working here for almost four years and I enjoy going to work every day. In addition, we also have fun company outings.
