Service Manager Poland 

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and further developing the Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) organization within Poland, Ukraine, and the Baltics. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction across the region.

The SMR department is responsible for maintenance, overhaul, technical support, and aftersales activities for Dieseko Group’s delivered installations and components. This includes workshop and field service activities, preparation and planning of service assignments at customer locations, technical support, spare parts coordination, and the management of the rental fleet.

In this role, you will combine operational leadership with strategic improvement initiatives. You will build and develop a strong local service organization, optimize processes, manage customer relationships, and ensure that service activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to agreed quality and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily service operations, including workshop and field service activities.
• Build, develop, and coach a local team of service professionals.
• Organize and optimize service structures, processes, and workflows.
• Translate business objectives into department plans, budgets, and performance targets.
• Manage service projects from preparation through execution and evaluation.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor service performance, quality standards, and financial results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and company policies.
• Contribute to the further development of Dieseko Group’s service strategy within the region.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, technical management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in service management within an industrial, technical, or engineering environment.
• Experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in an international and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Polish, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within the region and internationally when required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving processes.
