Within the production department of Dieseko Group, you play an important role as a Vibratory Hammer Tester in inspecting, testing, and preparing our vibratory hammers and power packs for delivery to customers worldwide. You are responsible for carrying out functional tests, diagnosing issues, and resolving technical deviations, ensuring that our machines meet the highest quality and safety standards.

Most of the work takes place outdoors at our test site in Sliedrecht. In this role, you combine technical insight with a hands-on approach and make a direct contribution to the quality and reliability of our machines.

As a Vibratory Hammer Tester, you are responsible for achieving the following objectives:

• Testing hydraulic vibratory hammers and power packs according to workshop instructions and established procedures.
• Performing visual inspections, functional tests, and quality checks prior to delivery.
• Identifying deviations, diagnosing issues, and resolving minor technical malfunctions during the testing process.
• Checking hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems for correct operation.
• Recording test results, findings, and performed activities administratively.
• Operating lifting and hoisting equipment for testing and assembly activities.
• Complying with safety, quality, and environmental regulations and contributing to a safe working environment.

Your profile

• You hold an MBO qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical field.
• You have experience with, or a strong affinity for, hydraulic and electrical systems, diesel engines, and mechanical drive systems.
• Preferably, you bring experience in a technical production, service, or maintenance environment.
• You are fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
• You are proactive, driven, results-oriented, and enthusiastic.
• You work accurately and independently, and take strong ownership of your work.
• You have a practical mindset and are solution-oriented.
• You are flexible and willing to work outdoors when required.
• You have a strong eye for quality, safety, and detail.
