IT Systems Administrator

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be part of our ICT team, consisting of three colleagues. Together, you are responsible for the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the IT environment within Dieseko Group.

You will support colleagues with IT-related questions and incidents, manage workstations, servers, and Microsoft environments, and contribute to a secure and stable IT infrastructure. In addition, you will participate in improvement projects, optimization initiatives, and the further professionalization of our IT services.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incidents and user requests via telephone and TOPdesk;
• Supporting colleagues with IT-related questions and technical issues;
• Analyzing and resolving incidents and recurring technical problems;
• Installing, configuring, and managing workstations, servers, and mobile devices;
• Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Microsoft environments;
• Monitoring IT security and responding to security-related incidents;
• Managing and optimizing Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune environments;
• Performing basic administration tasks within Dynamics 365;
• Conducting health checks on servers, Azure environments, and security configurations;
• Creating and maintaining IT documentation and standard procedures;
• Contributing to and implementing improvements within the IT infrastructure.

• Completed vocational (MBO) education in Information Technology or a related field;
• Relevant work experience in an IT administration or support environment and familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, VMware, and Fortinet environments;
• Knowledge of or experience with TOPdesk is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune is an advantage;
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 is an advantage;
• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a sense of ownership and responsibility.
