  • Preparing the annual financial statements, coordinating the audit process, and following up on improvement actions resulting from audit findings.
  • Supporting local controllers in the Netherlands and abroad.
  • Actively participating in group-wide projects related to risk management, internal audits, and ad hoc analyses.
  • Contributing to ESG reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting compliance-related matters, including performing compliance checks.
  • Continuously improving financial and non-financial management information and the related processes.

Your profile

  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Controller; international experience is considered an advantage.
  • Solid experience with monthly reporting processes and forecast updates.
  • Experience with consolidation and knowledge of Lucanet are considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • A hands-on mindset, proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both written and spoken.

What you receive from us

  • A challenging position within a globally operating and innovative company.
  • Opportunities for personal development and professional growth.
  • A dynamic and informal working environment driven by passion and teamwork.
  • A competitive salary of up to €5,877 gross per month.
  • Excellent secondary employment benefits, including 40 vacation days and an attractive pension scheme.
  • A permanent contract from your first working day.
  • The opportunity to actively contribute to a more sustainable future for the construction industry.
