jobdescription

As a Vibration Hammers Assembly Technician, you play an essential role in the production of our high-quality foundation equipment. You ensure that our vibratory hammers are assembled, adjusted, and tested according to the highest quality standards. With your technical insight and hands-on approach, you directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our machines, which are used worldwide.

You work in a dynamic production environment where no two days are the same. Within the vibratory hammer department, you work on a wide variety of designs: from compact models to very large and highly complex vibratory hammers. In addition, you contribute to innovative developments, including the further electrification of our foundation equipment.

In this role, you work closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and testers to ensure that every product leaves the facility in perfect condition.

As a Vibration Block Assembly Technician, you contribute to the following objectives:

  • Assembling, building, and adjusting mechanical and hydraulic components of vibratory hammers.
  • Performing functional tests and quality inspections to ensure each product meets the required standards.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and resolving technical deviations during the assembly process.
  • Carrying out precise measurements and inspections to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the equipment.
  • Maintaining technical reports and assembly records.
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in the production process and contributing to optimization of work methods.
  • Working carefully and safely in accordance with applicable procedures and quality guidelines.

Your profile

  • You have completed an MBO-level education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
  • You have 0 to 10 years of experience as an assembly technician or in a similar technical role.
  • You have demonstrable experience with mechanical work and hands-on assembly of technical systems.
  • Experience in heavy machinery manufacturing is considered a plus.
  • You work accurately, in a practical way, and have an eye for detail.
  • You are eager to learn, motivated, and passionate about engineering and technology.
  • You are able to work independently, but also function well as part of a team.
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and actively contribute ideas for improvements.

What you receive from us

  • A varied and technical role within a close-knit team where craftsmanship and collaboration are central.
  • A competitive salary and strong secondary benefits, including 40 days of leave and a solid pension scheme (CAO Metalektro).
  • A permanent contract from the start of your employment.
  • Extensive opportunities to further develop yourself within mechanical and hydraulic engineering.
  • Working on unique and impressive machines within an internationally leading company.
  • An active contribution to the development of innovative, powerful, and increasingly sustainable foundation solutions worldwide.
